In Asian culture, food acts like a language, connecting people through shared tastes, forms, and memories.
Sustainable cooking focuses on two key elements: regional and seasonal ingredients. These posters showcase three popular Taiwanese dishes, but instead of imported ingredients, they use only local produce from either Germany or nearby farms. With CO2 reduction labels, the potential for decarbonization through food is highlighted.
A QR code on each poster lets viewers access the recipes and try them at home.
