SUSTAINABILITY IN EXOTICISM

In Taiwan, food is more than just nutrition—it plays a vital role in family bonds, social identity, and cultural traditions. It also has the power to reduce carbon footprints.

In Asian culture, food acts like a language, connecting people through shared tastes, forms, and memories.

Sustainable cooking focuses on two key elements: regional and seasonal ingredients. These posters showcase three popular Taiwanese dishes, but instead of imported ingredients, they use only local produce from either Germany or nearby farms. With CO2 reduction labels, the potential for decarbonization through food is highlighted.

A QR code on each poster lets viewers access the recipes and try them at home.

在台灣,食物不僅僅是營養的來源——它在家庭連結、社會認同以及文化傳統中扮演著重要角色。食物同時也具備減少碳足跡的潛力。

在亞洲文化中,食物如同一種語言,透過共同的味覺、形式與記憶連結著人與人之間的關係。

永續料理著重於兩個關鍵元素:在地與當季食材。這系列海報展示了三道受歡迎的台灣料理,但捨棄了進口食材,改以德國或鄰近農場的在地農產品製作。透過 CO2 減排標示,強調了飲食對減碳所具備的潛力。

每張海報上皆附有一組 QR code,觀者可掃碼獲取食譜,在家自行嘗試製作。
